ORCHID DEVELOPMENTS GROUP ANNOUNCED AUCTION FOR SUBCONTRACTOR OF GRAND MALL IN VARNA

- Orchid Developments Group is expected to announce international tender for subcontractor of the building of Grand Mall in Varna in the end of July or in the beginning of August. The purchase activities on the place of the future mall have been implemented by Bulgarian company, said in front of journalists Ofer Miretzky, the group's chief executive.

- The biggest cinema operator in Bulgaria Arena Cinema has signed long-term contracts with Bulgaria Mall in Sofia and Grand Mall in Varna as part of its strategy for national expansion. Arena cinema complex will be located on the entertainment floors in Bulgaria Mall and Grand Mall Varna.
